Our company provides a variety of services to help you showcase your property in the most effective way possible. offerings include interior photography, aerial photos, and video slideshows. For AirBnB hosts, we specialize in highlighting all of your games and attractions to help increase your bookings. We are committed to helping you make your property stand out and attract more guests.
For our out-of-town agents looking for photos of a property, we can assist without you being here! All we would require is the code to the key lock box for vacant properties or contact with your client if they still reside at the location. Send us your sign and we will erect it for you after the photos or video footage is complete and the property is officially listed.
Want to beef up your listing? Why not sell the city? As a local photographer, I have captured every sport, club, hobby, attraction and major points of interests which Elliot Lake has to offer. I can provide licensing to use our stock photos or video footage promoting everything Elliot Lake has to offer to assist in selling or renting the property to anyone who is not from our town.
Our Style
Our style of shooting varies depending on if it is real estate or a rental such as cottage or AirBnB. For Real Estate, we know that space is important so we tend to shoot our rooms from corner to corner at a higher vantage point to make it appear larger. When it comes to rental properties, we understand that you are showcasing the appearance and amenities so we focus more on details such as hardwoods, cupboards, available games, fire pits, swimming areas, and anything the home owner wishes to showcase. Please note that we do not do any of the staging. It is recommended to have someone on site if staging arrangements need to be made.
Great photography requires great gear, and we use only the best in the business. Our high-end mirrorless camera, the Canon R6, is equipped with an ultra-wide-angle lens, the RF 15-35mmL F2.8, to capture stunning photos, corner to corner, that truly stand out. Even in low light!
When it comes to capturing stunning footage from every angle, we do it with our arsenal GoPro action cameras, 360 camera and DJI drones. Whether you need aerial shots, ground-level footage or even interested in a 360 degree room shot, we've got you covered. Trust us to deliver high-quality video and photos that will take your content to the next level.
Our post-production process is top-notch. We use industry-leading software such as Adobe Photoshop for photos and Adobe Premiere for videos. To ensure the highest quality, we finalize all photos with our Photoshop add-on, Topaz Labs Photo AI, which effectively removes any noise in the shots. Your final package will be filled with high quality photos and delivered within a few days of shooting, because we know time is of the essence when it comes to getting your listing posted!

Basic ground photo package - $150
Thank you for considering our services. Our basic ground level real estate photography package includes capturing high-quality images of the interior of each room as well as the exterior of the house and property. Our team of professionals will ensure that your property is showcased in the best possible light. We are committed to helping you capture the essence of your real estate property and present it in a visually appealing manner. apx. 15-40 photos depending on size of property
Basic Aerial photo package - $150
Our basic aerial package provides exceptional aerial photography services for your property, utilizing cutting-edge drone technology. We take pride in capturing stunning images that showcase your property from a unique perspective. Please do not hesitate to contact us to schedule your aerial shoot and experience the difference. Apx 5 -10 aerial photos depending on size of property and what is being showcased.
Ground & Aerial package - $275
If you're looking to present your property in the most appealing way possible, we've got you covered. Our complete real estate package includes interior, exterior, and aerial photos, providing a comprehensive view of your property. Our team of professionals will help you capture the essence of your home and attract potential buyers. Let us help you showcase your property in the best possible light.
Video / Slideshow package add on - +$200
Enhance your property's visual appeal with our premium video slideshow package. We will craft a captivating commercial-style presentation, utilizing either video clips or still shots we took of your property. Elevate your online presence and leave a lasting impression on your clients with a stunning and engaging slideshow. This package is only available as an add on to one of our basic or aerial packages.
Sell the City package - $175

Please note that this offer is only good for 1 listing (property) per license and not to be used as general advertising for your business or agency.
Cottage Rental / AirBnB package - $350

Fuel fees apply to any listing outside of Elliot Lake area.
Please note that we charge $1.00/km in one direction ($0.50 per km round trip) based on google maps estimated kilometers from Elliot Lake to the clients address.
There are no fuel charges to properties within Elliot Lake boundaries. The boundaries are from the airport south of Elliot Lake on 108, to Dunlop Road. All houses on Dunlop Lake, Quirke Lake, Cinder Lake and Popeye lake are included in the Elliot Lake Boundary.
