My name is Richard Boose and i am the owner/ operator of Northern Exposures Photography.  I have been shooting my who life for hobby, but officially launched this business and become a professional photographer in 2016.   I have won online photography competitions more then 30 times across various popular world photography websites.   I have had my work published in different art galleries and magizines around the world as a result from some of these victories.

 

Locally, my work is used by Elliot Lake's Retirement Living at their main office on the large lit up boards, in their introduction to Elliot Lake video, used in their commercials, and often shared on social media.  The Elliot Lake Red Wings use my photos for all of their current media campaigns.   The City of Elliot Lake uses my photos for various new ads, brochures, and website regarding tourism.   Bigfish graphics has used my work for promoting the summer activities guide each year, Saint Joesph Hospital uses all my candid photos for their website including Drone photography of each of the three facilities during each season.  

I have done the headshots for most of the hospital upper management including CEO, the hospital board of directors, and the new city council & mayor headshots.

Landscape, Nature and Macro photography:    Even with a busy schedule, i am constantly outside chasing new sunrises, sunsets, foggy mornings, Auroras, Lunars, Nature scenes, waterfalls, wildlife, and all the local hot spots with the drone in the air and camera on the ground.   You can also find me exploring all the hiking trails on foot, and ATV trails on both ATV and UTV as well as in the winter on Snowmobile.   I have accumulated over 1500 clips of video from GoPRO on trails & Drone in the sky as well as over 1500 still photos broken down in galleries which i sell prints, canvas and photo licenses to.
