Fuel & Travel Fees:

With my photography services, I believe that location should never be a barrier to capturing those unforgettable moments. For this reason, I apply a travel and fuel charge at a rate of $1.00 per kilometer (one direction) for any distance traveled beyond our local area (City of Elliot Lake). I am excited to extend my work to you, no matter where it takes us.  Kilometers are determined by Google Maps in one direction.

 My dedication to the craft goes beyond just clicking the camera shutter, I want to be there for those unforgettable moments, no matter where they are.

In some circumstances, room and meal fee may also apply of $300.00 depending on how far away the location is or if it is too late to return home at a reasonable hour without travelling past midnight or in poor weather conditions.

Please note, any bookings that are more then 100km away from Elliot Lake must be paid in full the day before travel.

Photo Delivery

All photo packages other then prints will be digitally delivered by providing you with a private link to one of our google drives set up for just your order where you can preview and download your finished photos from.   The link will be provided to either your messenger or your email depending on which form of communication we used to book your session.   If you called by phone, I will require an email address to provide you with your private link to obtain your order.

All orders generally take up to 1-2 weeks to complete depending on time of year.   In some circumstances you may receive them very quickly or beyond the 2 weeks, but an update will be provided if we are backed up on the post production.

Home Studio Fees

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality photoshoots that are tailored to your needs, even in your own home.  We ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera, resulting in stunning photos that you'll cherish for years to come. And, with our home studio setup fee of $50.00, we make capturing memories convenient for everyone.   It is also worth noting that we now operate a full studio in the Downtown district of Elliot Lake at:  5 Columbia Walk.  Using our studios is fast and reliable.  We are already set up to serve you better without the hassle of making space in your own home for a studio session.   Plus, when you use our studio instead of a home visit, there is no set up fee!   Call today to book your studio session.

Payroll Fees

We do provide invoices to our business clients who wish to provide proof of services for administration or tax purposes, however, if getting paid requires us to do some extra leg work for payroll such as filling out external paperwork other then the invoice, such as providing banking information, a void cheque, or filling out other personal information, applications of tax identifications then we charge a one time administration fee of $25.00 to the company / client to provide those extra steps of paperwork.

Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES can I write a partial invoice for business and personal photo session.  Example would be if someone hired me for 15 photo session (value =$200) and wanted 10 photos to be in an invoice for business claim.   If you book a 15 photo session, then that is the invoice you would receive upon request.  You can submit a partial claim on your taxes with this invoice and determine the percentage of the bill you wish to claim with your accountant when filing your taxes.
