One thing to consider about the material items and expenses of your wedding day is this: The days following your wedding all the food and booze is consumed, the flowers are drying up and dying, the clothing is at the cleaners, the dress will be packed away while the rented tuxedo's will be returned, and the band or DJ has moved on to the next gig. The only thing of tangible value you spent your hard earned money on is the photographs. Please note: If there is a time gap between items where you do not need our services there is a fee of $75.00 / hour. An example would be if you wanted us for a ceremony, but then went to go eat dinner and requested us 2 hours later for sunset portraits. We would bill you at a rate of $75.00 per hour due to our inability to secure other business or inability to travel home in the event the wedding is located further the 20km from Elliot Lake.
Getting Ready Only - $1000

Ceremony Only - $500

Our wedding reception coverage is comprehensive and includes more than just these main events. We will also capture the tossing of the bouquet to the cutting of your wedding cake, and all the tears and laughter in between from your family and friends as they dance the night away. Videography Only - $750
we would love to help you create a beautiful wedding video that captures the essence of your special day with our professional wedding videography services. Our team will create a stunning wedding video that perfectly captures the essence of your ceremony and/or reception, set to your favorite song. We specialize in capturing footage with our GoPros, cameras and drones then create a mini music wedding video in mp4 format for easy social media sharing or viewing on your tv at home. Fees include video production, software and licensing fees. We can use a song of your choice (non-licensed) or let us pick one for you that we can license for social media use through one of our partners!
Wedding Book - $350
We are delighted to offer you our elegant wedding photo books that are perfect for capturing and preserving your special day. Our team of talented designers will select the perfect layout, colors and fonts to create a beautiful and personalized photo book that will truly showcase the beauty of your special day. We use only the highest quality materials and printing techniques to ensure that your memories are preserved in the most beautiful way possible.
Extra Photographer - $500
Sometimes we may need an extra photographer in circustances like if the bride and groom are extremely far apart during the getting ready phase where 1 photographer cannot give both parties maximum coverage, or if we are recording extended video footage beyond the hands free GoPros such as drones during the ceremony which would require hands on the remote and not on the camera. Or if you simply wish to have more angles of coverage, or a photo booth at your reception! The extra photographer will only be an assistant using our memory cards and will not be part of our post production process so you can be assured that the final product will still be our signature style upon completion.

Please note that most of these items are already included in various packages such at ceremony or reception packages. They are offered here on an individual basis of you elect a package which does not include one of these but wish to pay extra to include it.
Additional Add-Ons:
First Look: ($100)
The first look at the bride before the ceremony is a special moment that many couples choose to include in their wedding day. It's a chance for the couple to share an intimate moment together before the festivities begin. Whether you choose to do a first look or not, your wedding day is sure to be filled with love and joy. This interesting add on is available for free to any package which includes the getting ready photos in the morning since we will already be on site. Just let us know of your plans ahead of time so we can plan for it in our schedule! All of our packages that do not include the getting ready photos begin at time of ceremony, so if the first look was requested, it would require us to come before our scheduled time, therefore we would have to add a fee of $100.00 for this add on.
Family photos: ($250)
Family photos with the bride and groom are an important part of any wedding day. These photos capture the love and support of your closest family members and will be cherished for years to come. Make sure to plan ahead and communicate with your photographer to ensure that all of your desired family members are included in the photos. This add on is included with all ceremonies. In the event that your package does not include the ceremony coverage, we can still offer Family photos for $250. These do NOT include private portraits of the bride and groom only.
Bouquet toss: ($100)
Bouquet toss photography is a fun and playful tradition that many couples choose to include in their wedding day. This moment captures the excitement and anticipation of the single ladies as they try to catch the bride's bouquet. Make sure to communicate with your photographer to ensure that they capture this special moment in a way that reflects the energy and excitement of the moment.
Cake Cutting and Details: ($100)
Cake cutting photography is a classic tradition that many couples choose to include in their wedding day. This moment is a symbol of the couple's commitment to each other and the start of their new life together. Make sure to communicate with your photographer to ensure that they capture this special moment from all angles.
First Dance: ($150)
First dance photography is a beautiful way to capture the romance and intimacy of the newlywed couple. This moment is a highlight of the wedding reception and will be remembered for years to come. Make sure to communicate with your photographer to ensure that they capture this special moment in a way that reflects your unique style and personality.
Drone Photography: ($150)
Drone photography at your wedding can add unique and breathtaking perspective to your wedding photos and videos. Aerial shots can capture the beauty of your wedding venue and surrounding landscape in a way that traditional photography cannot. Rest assured, we are licensed and experienced in drone photography and will make sure all necessary permissions have been obtained.
Photo Booth with Props: ($300)
A wedding photo booth with props is a fun and interactive way to capture memories with your guests. Photo booths provide a unique opportunity for guests to let loose and have fun while creating lasting memories. Make sure to communicate with us your theme and style atleast 3 months prior to your date to ensure that we can provide a variety of props that reflect your wedding. With 2 Photographers, one of us will be dedicated to the photo booth the entire reception. With 1 Photographer, the booth will be closed during key moments of the reception such as speeches, first dances, cake cutting and the Bouquet toss.

Videography
Looking for high-quality videography services? Look no further! We got you covered. Our team is equipped with multiple cameras, GoPros, and drones, and we are licensed drone pilots. We also use the latest Adobe software and privately licensed music to ensure that your videos are top-notch and of the highest quality. Let us help you capture your special moments and create stunning videos that you'll cherish forever.
Even as a 1 man team, we are able to set up GoPro's around your ceremony or first dance and record from multiple angles hands free all while still capturing those special moments as a photographer. With a second photographer on deck, we are able to cover more ground with increased precision. Because drones are a bit noisy, we choose to reserve this footage for romantic moments during your portrait time rather then being disruptive during your ceremony. The more time you allocate for portraits (between ceremony and reception), the more material we have to work with enhancing the overall options and results in both photography and videography.

A Name You Trust
When you book your wedding photography with Northern Exposures, you can sleep well knowing you are in good hands. Unlike others, we do not use cheap lightroom presets to edit your entire wedding or engagement photos. We do not use the brownish color-drained soft edits that you commonly see used in wedding photography. Although they do appear lovely, these presets can be bought for $5.00 online or quickly created in photoshop and used on an entire set of wedding photos where your hard earned money was not worth the price paid for the wedding photography service. Instead, we choose to handcraft each and every edit in photoshop using professional skills we earned over the years of servicing the community. Our techniques are so versatile that you can describe to us your preferred look or reference one of our many photos on our website and we can achieve that style for you. We use only the best gear achieving tack sharp images off the camera before we begin. Our experience has put us over 50+ weddings to date and nearly 500 individual clients for private family, newborn, engagement or maternity bookings since we began in 2017. Deposit Required: Secure Your Date!
All wedding bookings require a $500.00 non-refundable retainer fee to secure your reservation for our photography services. Please note: although commonly called a deposit, our invoice will state this payment as a Retainer Fee for legal purposes. This is because it is non-refundable no matter the circumstances. Once a retainer fee is collected, we immediately refuse future business on the date being booked, therefore the retainer fee is covering our loss of business in the event you decide to cancel. Payment plans are available. All reservations must be paid in full by the morning of the wedding day before photography services begin.
For weddings which require us to travel out of town, full payment is due 1 day before the wedding before we travel.

*Note: Travel Fees apply for bookings outside of Elliot Lake district. Our definition of Elliot Lake district is from Stoneridge Golf Course to Laurentian Lodge. Any location outside of these parameters will be charged for travel & fuel at a rate of $1.00 / km in one direction based on google maps. IF the location is more then 200+ km away and runs past 10pm, a food & lodging fee of $300 may apply. This also applies to Sudbury & Sault Ste Marie as well if the booking client requires our services past 10pm.
